About

Dr. Grant Carter was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended high school at Highland High. He served a mission in Argentina, and then attended the University of Utah for Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Carter has been in practice in St. George since July 1982. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a practice that includes low and high-risk obstetrics, gynecologic surgery, urogynecology, laser and infertility surgery.

Dr. Grant Carter is married and has five children. They enjoy traveling.
